On the Snow has teamed up with US Ski Team members to create a series of videos to show us ‘mortals’ a thing or two about ski fitness: Don’t forget, it’s not supposed to be easy.

The new school year has started, summer nights are behind us as the dark nights draw in and our thoughts turn to the ski season.

We’re heading to out to ski in Austria again this coming season, but whether you are heading to Andorra or Zermatt, now is the time to start doing something about your fitness.
